Listed below are possible food and drink options for our next Reunion Party. There will be NO assigned seating. There are numerous open booths and tables throughout the 30,000 square foot venue. Whether you come to the party by yourself or with a small group, there will be plenty of seats and plenty of chances to interact with your classmates and their guests while you eat, drink, gamble, and dance. 

The proposed dinner and drink menu which will be included in the price of your $82 ticket (per person) may include a combination of some of the following items (Subject to Change):

Beverage Selections:

Your ticket may include up to five (5) hours of "Open Bar" (Discounted drink prices thereafter). Your drink selections may include wine, Champagne, domestic and imported beers, sodas, juices, and bottled waters. Your premium cocktail selections may include any top of the line bourbon, brandy, gin, rum, scotch, vodka, tequila, and any liquer(s) the club has in stock.

Appetizer & Dinner Selections:

The V2O Club is very well known for their food as well as for their great club atmosphere. This is a buffet style serving so you may eat as much as you would like to the night of our party. Their exceptional food choices may include the following:

Imported and Domestic cheeses, seasonal fruit, specialty breads and crackers, and seasonal crudites with various dips for starters.

Salads choices may include Caesar, Baby Spinach, Mixed Green, Bibb and Arugala, and/or Tossed Fields Green with tomatoes, asparagus, pine nuts, and balsamic vinaigrette.

Entrees may include Ziti Pasta with Italian Sausage, Spinach and Cheese Tortellini, Penne Pasta, Ancho Chile and honey glazed breast of chicken, and/or Chinese Braised Pork Ribs with Asian BBQ sauce. 

Side dishes may include Jasmine rice, whipped potatoes, roasted vegetables, Saffron Ratatouville, grilled asparagus and roasted vegetables, Coconut citrus basmati rice, and/or herb and scallion roasted red potatoes. 

The hosted carving stations may include the following items: Garlic crusted top round of beef with a mushroom madeira sauce, Golden Brown boneless breast of turkey with a cranberry orange relish, Char Sui BBQ glazed lion of pork with a sweet chili sauce and toasted macadamian nuts, grilled tender flank steak with black pepper and forest mushrooms, and/or an Atlantic Salmon loin with a Schezuan Peppercorn sauce.

Desserts selections may include an assortment of French pastries, cookies, brownies, and/or Apple, Peach, or Berry Cobblers with ice cream. 

Your drink selections by themselves are probably worth more than the $82/person price. The dinner by itself would probably also cost more than $82/person. You may get the food, drinks, gambling, and the chance to see your old friends for this low price of $82/person. We hope to see you at the party!!!!
